Refunds for online payment orders are applicable under the following circumstances:
- Tampered or Damaged Packaging: If the food packaging is tampered with or damaged
at the time of delivery. - Delivery Outside Designated Zones: If the delivery location is outside the designated
service zones. - Failure to Contact: If our team fails to contact you via phone or email to confirm your
order. - Order Cancellation During Confirmation: If you cancel your order during the
confirmation process due to the unavailability of the ordered items. - Delay in Delivery: If delivery exceeds 120 minutes, you may be eligible for a refund in
the form of a coupon code. The decision to grant refunds is at the sole discretion of the
company. - Refund Process: Refunds for eligible cases will be credited to your account within 3-5
business days, subject to the terms and conditions of your bank or payment gateway.
The company’s decision regarding refunds is final and binding.
Cash-On-Delivery Orders Cancellation:
Cancellation of cash-on-delivery orders are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation Before Merchant Acceptance: You may cancel your order if the
merchant has not yet accepted it. - Forfeiture of Delivery: If the order is canceled after merchant acceptance, the delivery
of the order will be forfeited. - Payment Method Restrictions: Repeated cancellations after merchant acceptance
may result in the removal of the cash-on-delivery option for future orders. - Delivery: After merchant confirmation and delivery man out for delivery. That time the
customer can cancel the order. Customers have to pay the bill.
